Your satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the nature of skincare and personal care products, we maintain a strict return policy to ensure the health and safety of all our customers.
Welcome to Koreanpharm. This website is owned and operated by Mountrend LLC. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Koreanpharm.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The request must be initiated within 60 days of the delivery date.
- must be first order from the customer.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will make it right:
- Evidence Required: You must provide clear photos and/or a short video of the product and the original shipping label on the packaging.
- Upon verification, we will offer a full refund or a free replacement. In many cases, you will not be required to ship the damaged item back to us.
3. The Return Process (RMA)
Do not send items back to the address listed on the shipping label. This is a fulfillment center, and your return will not be recognized or processed.
- Contact our support team at contact@Koreanpharm.com with your order number and reason for return.
- If approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the correct return address.
- Any returns sent without a confirmed RMA will not be eligible for a refund.
4. Shipping Costs
- Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs for non-defective items. This includes returns resulting from personal skin reactions or individual sensitivities.
- Original Shipping: Any original shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
- Trackable Shipping: We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment in USD.
- Processing Time: Please allow 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 3 hours of placement. Once an order has been processed and sent to our fulfillment partners, we are unable to cancel it.
