At Koreanpharm, we source the highest quality skincare products from around the globe to bring them directly to your door. Because we work with specialized fulfillment partners, we are able to offer competitive pricing and unique products.
1. Processing Times
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday), excluding holidays. after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Estimates
To provide you with the best value, we ship our products directly from our international fulfillment centers.
- Standard Shipping: Estimated 7-17 business days for delivery.
- Remote Areas: Please allow up to 21 business days for delivery to remote locations.
- Note: Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance or local postal delays.
3. Tracking Information
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your package directly through our website or via the link provided in the email. It may take 48-72 hours for the tracking information to update in the system.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Koreanpharm is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Incorrect Address Disclaimer
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is a very small window to cancel/change your order or to change the address of your order.
