Cancellation policy

1. Order Cancellations
We pride ourselves on our fast processing times. Because our team (or our partner factory) begins preparing your item almost immediately after an order is placed, we have a limited window for cancellations:

Cancellation Window: You may request a full cancellation within 3 hours of placing your order.

After 3 Hours: Once an order has been processed or a tracking number has been generated, we can no longer cancel the shipment. At this stage, the order must be treated as a return once it arrives (please see our Refund Policy for hygiene-related return rules).

How to Cancel: Please email us at contact@Koreanpharm.com with the subject line "CANCEL ORDER #[Order Number]" within the 3-hour window.
2. Purchase Options (Subscriptions)
If you choose a "Subscribe & Save" option for your skincare routine:

Frequency: Your set will be delivered according to the schedule you selected (e.g., every 30, 60).

Management: You can skip, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time through your Customer Account portal.

Changes: Any changes or cancellations to a subscription must be made at least 48 hours before the next scheduled ship date.
3. Address Corrections
It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately. We can only update the address if the package has not yet left the warehouse.
